Pre-Design Phase defines the project’s space requirements and scope, with preliminary input from a general contractor to assess construction costs. More

Conceptual Design Phase uses bubble diagrams to outline the preliminary size and layout of the building plan. More

Schematic Design Phase involves developing and refining design options, incorporating zoning and code research to ensure compliance with local planning regulations. More

Design Development Phase is refining the approved design option with detailed selections for materials, fixtures, windows, and doors, while a more accurate cost estimate can be obtained from a licensed contractor. More
