After the construction permit is obtained, the second part of the construction documentation would include preparation of specific interior details, interior elevations of specific rooms or all rooms, other detail specifications.

This phase also involves preparing the working drawings set to send to Building Contractors to prepare a bid for your project. Further negotiations between the builder and owner are done while more details of overall time and building material costs are obtained.
