Permit Approval Process

This process happens during the last stages of Design Development and Construction Documentation Phase. We begin involving the project consultants to address specific areas of the project, i.e. structural, soils, civil engineers, landscape designers, mechanical, Title 24 energy consultant and builder.

A complete permit application set is submitted to the public agencies for review and comments. At this time, projects can also be sent to Builders for bidding or if a builder has already been selected, they would prepare a construction cost estimate.
