Programming|Pre.Design

The Program is created during the process called Pre-Design, which is normally done prior to engaging the actual phases of the design process. In this phase, we define the project’s program, which means we identify and determine your objectives and goals, what you want to do, i.e. remodel, add onto your home, demolish and re-build.

We clarify core values and explore ways to achieve them in your desired project and the intersection of these values with your signature lifestyle. In this phase, we review an estimated project timeline and may engage with a general contractor to discuss the realities of construction costs.
