Schematic Design

In this phase, we begin to layout of the project and may provide alternate study options. As the design continues, it is normal that aspects of one or more options may be considered, which would create a new version. The design objective is to make mindful decisions to streamline the process. Usually, at this stage, we make a preliminary inquiry to local City or County Building Departments to ensure any proposed designs meet local Planning and Zoning Municipal codes.
