Design Development

Once the direction of the project is defined and approved by you, we begin this phase. This is the time, the decision made during the schematic phase are refined and developed in more detail. Selection of building materials, light and plumbing fixtures, windows and doors can be done. As well, a more detailed cost estimate can be requested from a licensed General Contractor or Builder.

Note: Local government agencies require a licensed general contractor or they will accept the owner to oversee the building progress as Owner-Builder.
